By accessing or using Wisheem (wisheem.com) you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of the service

Wisheem is a social wishlist platform. Users can create wishlists, follow other users, and coordinate gifts. The service is free.

3. User accounts

Registration is done via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. Wisheem reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Wisheem (wishlists, descriptions, etc.). By publishing content, you grant Wisheem a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.

Publishing illegal content, spam, offensive material, or content that infringes third-party rights is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

The Wisheem brand, logo, and code are the property of their creators. Product images and titles belong to their respective stores and manufacturers.

7. Limitation of liability

Wisheem is not responsible for the accuracy of prices, product availability, or transactions carried out in third-party stores. Product information is displayed for reference purposes only.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the current terms. The date of the last update will always be visible at the top of this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
